Fruit was harvested from a variety of regions within South Eastern Australia that have traditionally provided the correct balance of flavour for the blend. The attractive effervescence and yeasty complexity in this Jacob's Creek wine has been achieved through secondary fermentation in bottle and several months of maturation. This adds a creamy complexity supporting the fresh varietal grape flavours.
