The combination of Viognier and Grenache Blanc gives the colour a slight yellow hint yet remaining very bright and clear. It is allowed to rest on the sediment for 6 months giving the wine slightly woody aromas mixed with exotic fruit. This delightfull PINOT BLANC impressed us when it was infront of our wine tasting panel ealier this year. It is a beautifully clear wine with a pale green tint. Pear drops with a hint of lemon give it a gentle bouquet. Delicate in the mouth with a combination of freshness and softness combined with low acidity, a hint of pears and a little residual sugar. Simply devine.

Slightly lower in alcohol than many wines with a clear and slightly yellow colour. The bouquet is slightly aromatic with refreshing and delicate fruit flavours with the hint of very mild spice. Great as an aperitif and goes rearly well with sea food and fish. Another one of those different wines from Alsace which is well worth putting in a mixed case to try.
