White Wine

This amber coloured wine (not filtered) has a delighful bouquet of mixed flowers with a hint of honey. It has a taste of quince, loquat, and honey. A well balanced wine with a soft sweet finish and aftertaste. Can be stored for 10 years between 12c - 14c.  This wine can be drunk as aperitif or with Foie Gras, desserts, sweets and puddings. This is a real luxury, open and indulge.

Goes well with:

GEWURZTRAMINER the classic white wine of Alsace.  It is a very clear wine with a subtle yellow tint with delightfull floral aromas combined with a hint of violets. This example has a pronounced taste of spice & honey with soft pears and melon finishing with an off dry aftertaste. Just fantastic with oriental dishes.

This is an extremly elegant wine, which combines delicate peach, apricot and flowers and a hint of smoky notes from the oak. A delightfully dry taste is revealed with balanced acidity and a hint of lemon and Slight mineral overtones.

If you are not familier with this gem of a wine it is well worth mixing a case and giving it a try.

In the glass this Pinot is bright and clear wine with a hint of green & yellow. It has a complex vegetal aroma with smoky and earthy undertones. A dry wine with balanced acidity and a rich aftertaste. If you like your Pinot Gris this gem will not disapoint.
